PILLAR ONE
BASICS

This training is a great place to start even if you are experienced. The "basics" are still more advanced than what you are thinking. We are not going to bore you with tips like "full hands in, full hands out", but rather give you methods, reasons and explanations of ways to perfect the "basics".



PILLAR TWO
GUEST EXPERIENCE

This is when the training starts getting advanced. Understanding the guests experience at the highest level is extremely important to your success. If you give better service, your sales and tips will automatically start to increase even without implementing ANY upselling or selling strategies just yet.


PILLAR THREE
ELEVATED SERVICE

Understanding service at the highest level is important at ANY restaurant.  "Elevated Service" just means that our service is going to be better than the guests expectations. Even if a guest comes in expecting 10/10 service, this training will raise their standards of service. Meaning their "10/10" is really a 10/20, but we gave 20/20 service.

PILLAR FOUR
UPSELLING

Upselling may be the most attractive part of all of this. BUT, there is a fine line between "helpful upsells" and being pushy or annoying to the guests. This training will not only get you selling more, but also never have your guests thinking "Oh, I didn't know that was extra". We will create consistency and confidence in your upsells.


PILLAR FIVE
SALES TRAINING

Upselling takes a back seat to selling in some restaurants. Meaning, you can upsell them a $3 add-on, but if you can sell them on the Filet Mignon instead of a Cheeseburger, that's a $20-$40 increase. This training will cover Selling Features/Specials, How to sell at the highest level, selling to give the guest a better experience and much more.

PILLAR SIX
MASTERING

Mastering comes from interaction, practice and actually serving/bartending. It takes at least 3-6 months to master these strategies. The key is to start realizing what you are saying and doing and MORE IMPORTANTLY, the effect it has on the guests. Once you realize it, then you can start making small changes to see what works even better.
